What is the policy to find internal positions inside UHG before 12 months? I see that you have to let to your manager know of your career interests before applying?
Is there any risk to applying before this rule? Has anyone gotten fired from applying before this rule if you told your manager about long term career interests not necessarily saying you were going to apply?
