Internalized fear that the media has put in my head

Do you all know anyone who’s aged gracefully while tanning a lot?

Help me with my internalized fear that I’ll look like a shriveled up leathery baseball glove if I go into the sun too much.

I need examples of people who have been in the sun A LOT and aged well. Extra points if they didn’t wear sunscreen!

Thanks

Are any of you guys familiar with Dr. Jack Kruse’s work?

He’s early work that is, he’s kinda become a full on conspiracy nut. But back in the day he really provided sound scientific evidence on how the sun is actually good for your skin and not damaging at all.

He’s main argument is that if you get full spectrum sun first thing in the morning, over time your skin adapts and can handle the sun at all hours.

I gave this a shot and it worked for me. I’m a white dude and haven’t burnt once this spring. Been out for 3+ hours tanning without spf. My skin is the healthiest it’s ever been.

I don’t advocate his current takes on stuff but his early work is so revolutionary.
