Hi! I know this is vague af, and I genuinely don't know if my specific example is just mixed up tropes from multiple series, but to keep it simple, is there a show where multiple pilots are kind of tricked to go much further out into space than they either realise / know what to expect from, and lose all communication? I swear I have seen a show where a multi-person mech / mech team that still has questionable teamwork ends up much further out than ever intended... If it doesn't exist, maybe I should make it!

If not, suggestions of shows with a similar vibe or that are horror in general would be amazing! I love psych, cosmic and existential horror and Evangelion was def one of the reasons I enjoy mechs now! 🖤✨️
