Thinking of buying switch to play MC

I own both Minecraft java and bedrock, but recently both my PS and computer have broken and I'm thinking of buying a switch. So 1. Do I need to buy a separate version for switch or can I use my bedrock account? 2. I've seen on another subreddit that you can't store so much data on MC Switch, is this true and a problem?

Don't know if I'm getting an original switch or switch 2 so opinions between them are helpful aswell.

My doctor is not answering

I got these pictures taken in JUNE because of lower back issues and herniated disk in family but I have still not heard back. The only thing he said is that my general pain (fibromyalgia) is not because of nerve issues in the back. And that's it. I can obviously see that something is weird with one of the disks but don't know if it's bad "enough" to be herniated?

What do you guys think? Also I have more pictures if this one is not clear.

Physiotherapy experiences?

Hey! I have recently been diagnosed with fibromyalgia and orthostatic hypotension and my doctor remitted me to a pain specialist. They however rejected me and think that I should try physiotherapy. I don't have a diagnosis but I'm strongly suspecting ME or long covid however in my country these can take years to get a diagnosis. I can barley do household tasks without getting symptoms and can be active at most 2-3 hours a day. I'm mostly housebound.

So in my thoughts I think physiotherapy would make my health worse (considering every time I've pushed myself trying to work everything has gotten permanently worse). I want to prioritise the little ability I have to make food or shower, not do physiotherapy.

Tl:Dr. Have any of you tried physiotherapy and have something gotten better? Do you have good or bad experiences?

Edit: My doctor mostly focuses on my pain and syncope (passing out, idk if I translated correct) and when I try to talk about fatigue and the symptoms that I have when overexhausting myself he barley listens and wants to talk about pain more. Therefore I'm not really confident relying on his opinion.

Excited for bathtub!

Moving to a new apartment and I will have a bathtub!!! So excited to be able to sit down during showers and have the water on warm without passing out. Or to just lay there eating snacks or listening to music while the water carries my body and eases the pain. And keeping myself clean will not be as much of an exhausting activity anymore.

Symptoms when overwhelmed/thinking too much

Hey! I struggle alot with getting dizzy and sometimes passing out when I'm overwhelmed. This can be from either sensory overstimulation, or emotional ie having a panic attack. I have recently started to notice that it happens when I'm thinking too hard or focusing my brain while digging really deep into a subject. When I did my diagnosis tests the psychiatrist thought it could be that my brain can't take anymore and therefore shuts down and that I have a sensitive nervous system. But I do also have problems with blood pressure and pulse in general which makes me prone to getting dizzy (Ortostatic hypotension).

Not really seeking advice but mostly looking to see if someone else is/has experienced this! Haven't found anyone who relates to it IRL and would be nice to talk with someone in the comments :)

Amitriptyline does nothing for me

I have been on it for 5 weeks now and I feel almost no diffrence. The first week I had a lot of side effects and by now they have almost dissapeared aswell, the only ones I still have is dizzyness (probably bc of my orthostatic hypotension) and extra tiredness/fatigue. I didnt expect it would help with pain because it seems rare to help with fibro but I still expected... something. Am on 50mg (25mg morning & 25mg night) so it's not even a super low dose. Has anyone else had this?

PS please don't go on long rants about the side effects and how much you hated it, there are so many of those threads already and gave me soo much anxiety. Thanks!

Arcadeus/Cade morality

Spoiler Season 8

It seems like in the flashbacks Cade was a somewhat good guy. But then he created hell and since then his morality switched and concisted of eating (?) evil peoples souls. Which kinda go hand in hand with being good.. But then he wanted good people that could turn bad?? I really dont get it, was he currupted along the way or why did he start being so evil. Tldr What made him change from good to bad?

PS I dont belive the whole good/bad person thing in the show either, but just trying to make sense what the writers thought
