Hey, quick question, is it safe to order my ipad online through Apple website, does apple delivery agents deliver their products safely, and if there is an issue in the delivery, will apple take the responsibility to exchange my iPad for a new one?

It's my first ever apple purchase and I don't know how apple sends their products to the consumer who has booked online, if anyone has ever booked online, please share your experience, it will be helpful!
