big green coach

hi sorry, this might not be the right place to ask this, but i know big green coach is the travel partner for download festival, but i wanted to ask what were people’s experiences with them ? also, my main question is, do they have ac most of the time ? because i’m using them this wednesday to get to wembley, and i’m worried that there won’t be ac because i’ve read a couple reviews saying that, especially because it’ll be 30° + 🥲

does it get better ?

hi sorry, this is more of a rant than anything. but i’ve had stomach issues since i was a child, but over the past couple of years they’ve gotten so much worse. when i was 19 (20 now), i got diagnosed with ibs and a mild milk allergy. it’s very mild, and my symptoms are pretty similar to lactose intolerance. but even when i avoid milk, i still get stomach aches from what feels like everything i eat ? i’m at the point where i can probably name about five foods that don’t upset my stomach. i basically have a permanent stomach ache at this point & eating doesn’t feel enjoyable anymore because it's just a gamble on how much worse it’s going to make me feel. & i don't want to think about how problematic that can become. not to be dramatic, but i genuinely don’t know how i’m supposed to live like this for the rest of my life. it’s starting to put me off doing things because i’m constantly worrying :( i’m supposed to travel to a friend’s wedding next month, and the thought of it is giving me so much anxiety because i have no idea if i'll be able to cope. i’m also a uni student and i’ll be starting placement soon. i almost always have flare ups as soon as i wake up, and while i’m at home it’s manageable, but i don’t see how it’s sustainable to wake up hours earlier every day just to deal with it before placement.

has anyone else been in a similar situation & did anything actually help ? whether it’s medication, diet changes, or anything else, i’d really appreciate any advice because i’m pretty overwhelmed by it all.

how do you get diagnosed in the uk ?

i’ve had stomach issues basically my entire life, for as long as i can remember, and i’m 20 now. but in the past couple of years it’s got way worse. basically every food triggers my stomach and i’ll be in the worst pain for the whole day and into the next day too. and sometimes once it starts, literally anything i eat after will trigger it too, even foods that are normally “safe” for me. my stomach just feels insanely sensitive all the time. it’s been happening more and more recently to the point where i can’t even go a week without some sort of flare up. and honestly i’m getting scared to eat because i’m so afraid of the pain afterwards.

i’ve done loads of research and i genuinely do think it’s ibs, but i avoided going to the doctors for ages because i know there’s not really a cure and it’s mostly diet related anyway. but it’s got so bad recently that i finally went to the gp. she’s done blood tests, stool samples etc and i also need a gallbladder scan. but she basically told me it’s unlikely anything will come up and they just do these tests to rule stuff out first. & if everything comes back clear they’ll treat it as ibs. but what i’m confused about is how do you actually get the diagnosis ? because normally if tests come back clear they don’t contact you. so am i supposed to book another appointment for my stomach aches ?
