I just found out my second FET failed. I only have 1 embryo left. What should I be asking in my next appointment? My last embryo is lower quality than the first two so feeling pretty hopeless 💔

Had my first negative transfer result yesterday after a complex 6 month lead up. shattered is an understatement. One of the hardest parts is only having 24 hours to decide whether to do another transfer this next cycle. Props to people that do this for years. I'm so exhausted from all the appointments and waiting and the physical and mental toll. But I don't want to wait again. And knowing this next embryo is lower quality than my last and I might have to do another ER down the track. Anyway I have a few questions

1. did you do another transfer straight after a "failed" one (I hate that word) and did it stick?
2. what was the worst quality embryo you had success with (my first one was higher than my next one so I have even less chance)?
3. did you do anything differently the second time around?
