What is Student Demonstration Time even about???

That song from Surf's Up the album from 1972 is a good album but I dont really like Student Demonstration Time from the tittle of the song I though it was about students at a school demonstrating their projects and when I listened to it I thought it was students demonstrating their science projects but GONE WRONG but mike also mentioned a r***t (I cant say that) overall i love the sirens and guitar that carl or al play and I like bian vocals
