Hello! Sa mga UPS user po diyan, is it okay to plug the UPS into a non-grounded outlet?

I just bought a UPS, I didn't know that it should be plugged in a grounded AC outlet 🥲 What alternatives can I use po? I've been searching for solutions for hours now. Is it okay to just use an adaptor? Some ppl said it's alright but wouldn't really help with surge protection.

My set up is desktop + 2 monitors btw. Help your girlie out here. TYIA!!
