What instar are these?

I’m wondering if they will cocoon soon. They have eaten almost my entire parsley plant in my raised garden bed outside.

Swiss cheese plant spots

I keep this swiss cheese plant on my patio in Florida. It isn’t screened in. It has been thriving there but I noticed some white spots and maybe signs of stress.

I just use a regular indoor potting mix. I water it a couple times a week. It gets bright indirect light, maybe a little bit of afternoon sun.

Has anyone else experienced this before and is it a pest or just a sunlight/watering problem?

hoarding?

My fiance’s family member owns several cats. We are not sure of the exact number because they hide but it is definitely over 5. They keep them all in one pretty standard size room. They also own a rabbit and it is kept in the same room in a cage. The room has several cat trees and 3 litter robots. I went in the room for the first time a few days ago and 2 of the cats were very thin and looked like they are losing fur, maybe overgrooming. They have food and water out for them, but maybe some of the cats are bullying the others? I don’t think they take them to the vet at all.

As a cat owner myself it was very disturbing for me. I don’t know what to do because this is my fiance’s family and I don’t know if it is my place to say anything. I don’t know much about the situation other than what I saw. But I feel like this is really inhumane treatment, and I know unintentional hoarding is a thing. The person thinks they are helping the animals but fails to see they are actually suffering.

Opinions/advice on this situation?
