New (ish) to the area!

29M, recently single, looking for places to mingle haha. I like meeting new people, looking for fun bars to meet girls, or maybe other fun spots.

Pro tip for Infestations!

Use the Endangerol Syringer! It takes away 25% of their damage resistance for 2 minutes. It doesn’t stack solo, but if up to four people use them, it will negate 100% of their DR for that time. I’ve been noticing a massive difference in their health bar after I use it on them. Craft the Syringer, give em out to everyone, pass this along in your party chats, etc. It will help tremendously!

For anyone doubting the new season

I know a chunk of players are dropping from the game and unsubscribing to Fallout 1st due to the lack of excitement from this upcoming season. As an avid fan of the series, I’d like to just point something out for yall.

I don’t claim to know what the future holds. However, in a past interview, developers made a comment on their projected longevity for 76, saying something along the lines of wanting to keep the servers up for years, potentially decades down the line.

Overall, when it comes to games, we’ve been given these high-turnover titles such as Call of Duty that shove out big content consistently over the course of a year, and then shift to a whole new game afterwards. This is not the plan for 76.

The developers are seeking to add big content, but maybe not as consistently. In order to stick with their plan, they can’t be adding so much big, amazing content straight out of the gate. The game would dry up much faster. They have to stretch it out over the course of time if they want their servers to be as exciting then as it is now.

They have plans for adding 5-star legendaries. More than likely, they have plans for multiple map expansions. Update 76 is allegedly going to be a massive, exciting update that will bring tons of life to the game.

All this to say, don’t give up hope. Yes, the seasons & mini seasons might be dry sometimes, but hold out! Good is coming.
