For those with insulin resistance & PCOS that’s on tirz that ended up pregnant, I was curious if when you had to stop taking tirz when you got pregnant, if all ur symptoms & hormone irregularities came back while pregnant?

My concern is if tirz regulates my hormones & insulin resistance & thus slowing the excess facial hair growth, that getting pregnancy & having to stop tirz while pregnant can cause it to pick back up 👎🏽

Curious if a 2013 Kia Forte with 148k miles is a good reliable car?

Recent replacements in the last year:
-Alternator replaced (replaced twice? In 2025 then 2026)
-Antifreeze/coolant flushed/changed
-Drive belt tensioner pulley replaced
-Drive belt tensioner replaced
-Serpentine tensioner replaced
-Water pump gasket replaced
-Water pump replaced

I don’t see on the carfax where the transmission was ever serviced, but I also don’t see oil changes on the carfax so might be some additional off the record work / repairs that I don’t know of.

Help me out, I’m just a girl 😅
