We had a cinnamon-y cake as one of our tiers on our wedding cake five years ago and my husband still talks about it to this day. Honestly, no surprise there since snicker doodles are his favorite cookie. We are celebrating our five year anniversary this month so I decided to attempt to recreate the cake flavor. The recipe is still a work in progress; you might notice uneven layers in the cross section photo, the cakes kind of sunk in the middle so I want to tweak a few things before finishing the full write up.

It's essentially a vanilla cake with lots of cinnamon and a dash of almond extract and then the frosting is a classic American cream cheese buttercream that has vanilla and another small dash of almond extract.

On advanced setting, FF thinks I ovulated CD 15 (with dotted cross hairs probs bc of the two missed temps) but if I swap to FAM setting it shifted to the screen shotted chart and says I ovulated CD 14.

I'm thinking the disconnect is bc of the missed temps but I'm not sure. Also, I took several OPKs on CD 14 and didn't catch my peak until 8 PM. I do get multiple peaks and dips on OPKs so I could have missed it in the 6 hour gap I had. I did get equally dark lines CD 15 early morning too.
