I'm currently remodeling a Barbie dollhouse and I'm giving one of my dolls (Dream Bestie Malibu) a 2000s-inspired bedroom. The dollhouse itself is set in present-day but she just loves this era and aesthetic! It is a work in progress, but I like how it's turning out so far. There are a number of things that I have repurposed for use in the dollhouse. For example, that CD player is actually a pencil sharpener. There are also a number of things that I have myself. To name a few examples: the bed, desk, lamps, and CDs/DVDs. Oh, and that TV actually works!

This is a bedroom in my 1/6 scale dollhouse that is currently a work in progress! The dollhouse itself is set in present-day but the doll that "lives" in this bedroom just loves that 2000s aesthetic. It's not perfect by any means, but I'm happy with how it's turning out! There are things that I have repurposed for use in the dollhouse. For example, I made the bed, desk, computer tower, all lamps, DVDs and CDs. Oh, and the TV actually works haha.

This is Clair, she's used for a yt series. Her old head (that sounds weird out of context) had CHOPPED hair for the longest time and she was due for a glow up. I was able to identify the doll, she's the Merliah Barbie doll from A Mermaid Tale. Thankfully, I was able to find a new one second-hand online. I then took the new head off (also sounds weird out of context) and popped it on to the body that I was using for Clair originally. I had to take some new and updated photos of Clair with her new hairdo, and I think they just turned out so cute despite how simple they are.
