What you change about the Q50 and Bx23?

I would have the Q50 continue into Co-op City all times but end at Dreiser Loop via Baychester Av. Overnight service would be extended to current rush hour (former full time) terminal at Earhart Lane. The Bx23 would have it's Baychester Av portion eliminated, running between Dreiser Loop and Pelham Bay via Co-op City Blvd, Asch Loop and Section 5. Frequencies on the Q50 would become every 12 minutes on rush and maintain the current schedule elsewhere. Bx23 service would become every 15 minutes or better for most of the day with current rush hour frequencies maintained.

How often do you change your OMNY card?

The MTA claims they last for years, but this is the second time it's starting to work intermittently. I've only had this second card for 6 months. I give up and might just use my transit benefits card. I was skeptical to use the transit benefits card directly because it's a Visa card and OMNY doesn't play nice with them based on what I heard in the past. How often do you change your card?

I'm getting tired of this.

Every day. After 7 pm. And before anyone tells me to take the 6 train uptown, the Bx23 is a lot worse.

Why don't the BxM6, 7, 8 and 9 not go via 2nd Avenue until 86th/96th St?

It would simply be a better and faster routing since the city does nothing to enforce the bus lanes on 5th Avenue by Mount Sinai hospital, the traffic jams can range up to 30 minutes on rare occasions, 10 on the usual bad day. It would make logical sense to shift those buses to go via 2nd Avenue until 86th Street (96th in the case of the BxM7). 2nd Avenue has traffic due to SAS construction, yes, but that traffic consistently flows. It can be a full stop by Mount Sinai. I also sent this as a suggestion to the MTA a while back.
