SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER NEEDED

Hi everyone! I’m Kelcie, a teacher and content creator sharing faith, mental health, lifestyle, and teacher content across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and Threads. I’m looking for a social media manager to help me grow and manage my Instagram withkelciemae_

What I’m looking for:

  • Someone who can plan and schedule a consistent content calendar
  • Help with captions, hashtags, and growth strategy
  • Community engagement (comments, DMs, building real connection with followers)
  • Basic analytics reporting so we can see what’s working
  • Bonus: experience with Reels and short-form video, and with faith-based or personal-brand accounts

About my content:
My voice is direct, conversational, and honest. I share personal vulnerability and practical life experience, so I’m looking for someone who can help me grow while keeping that authentic feel.

New To Claude

Hi all! I create YouTube/social content (talking-head videos, some faith + mental health + teacher-life stuff) and I'm trying to get more intentional about using Claude in my workflow instead of just occasionally asking it random questions.

For fellow creators, what does your actual Claude workflow look like?

A few things I'm curious about:

  • Do you use it for scripting, captions, titles/thumbnails, or all of the above?
  • Do you keep a running project/context for your channel, or start fresh each time?
  • Any use of Projects, Artifacts, or Claude Code that's been a game-changer?
  • How do you keep the writing sounding like you and not generic AI voice?
  • Anyone using it for content planning/batching, not just one-off pieces?

Searching For A Youtube Editor

Hey everyone! I run a small YouTube channel (talking-head style videos mixing faith, mental health, and teacher-life content) and I'm at the point where I need to bring on an editor so I can focus more on creating and less on post-production.

For those of you who work with an editor, where did you find them?

Teachers who left the classroom, what do you do now?

I've been seriously thinking about leaving teaching, and I'm curious to hear from those who have already made the transition.

I've spent the last 5 years working with infants and toddlers, and while I truly love the kids, I'm feeling burnt out. The emotional and physical demands, combined with the pay, have me questioning whether this is the right long-term career for me.

For those of you who left education:

  • What career did you transition into?
  • Which skills from teaching transferred well?
  • Did you have to go back to school or get any certifications?
  • Was the pay and work-life balance better?

I'm open to hearing about jobs in education, corporate roles, nonprofits, customer success, administrative work, training, or anything else that might be a good fit for someone with a teaching background.

I'm honestly just looking for ideas and hoping to hear some real experiences from people who have been in the same position.

Thanks in advance, I really appreciate any advice or encouragement.
