I want to start Spanish tutoring classes for kids in elementary school to high school. I am a single mom and would like to generate extra income without having to get a second job. I just have a few questions...

What requirements do I need in the state of PA if any? What tools can I use to create a curriculum? Where would be the best place to have these classes? Am I better off starting with Zoom calls and working my way up to renting and office space?

I am planning on creating a flyer and posting it in local mom groups to hopefully generate clients that way. Are there any other ways I can try to generate clientele? I also plan on posting on my own social media accounts and maybe printing out flyers and asking local businesses if I can post my flyers there.

Worked for a company that went bankrupt I have reached out to the new company who bought them out, but they do not have those records. My 2022 transcripts do not contain any state tax information. I checked my portal on the IRS under the information returns tab and there is no information from 2022. Calling the IRS is no help and neither was calling my states department of revenue.

I filed my taxes back in 2022 but the IRS never notified me that they were not approved until I filed my 2025 taxes. Now my issue is, I cannot find those W2's.
