how to sequence iced espressos and shaken esprrssos

i’m usually on cafe bar so i often get tickets for iced espressos with like 10 customizations or brown/reg iced shaken espressos with 10 customizations. it messes up my rhythm tbh and i have to stop what about doing to read the grocery list of a ticket. Idk how people get these and keep making drinks fast because very like 20 mins i’ll get one and I’ll just stop and have to take like 5 mins on it.

light and no ice standard

what is the standard for light and no ice for all iced drinks? do I fill it to the top? if its an iced espresso what do I do? if its a refresher do I do more base or water/lemonade/milk?

customers complain either way

okay so I hand you 1 of your drinks and you immediately freak out because there was more than 1 drink in your order and you only have one.

I wait until all your drinks are done to hand them out and you complain about the wait or how you see your drink sitting there.

you can’t win istg

can some one explain the half a pump thing?

so when I was training I was told the recipes and the my trainer said "except this caramel because its half pumps so instead of 3 for a grande frap you need 6" but then here people are saying it always stays the same? basically im asking what recipes would use the half pump caramel, do I ever have to double it up and stuff like that.

sorry if my question is confusing because Idek really know what I am asking its just that I was making a caramel frapp tdy and a coworker was like don't forget to double it.

borrowed partners/shift market place question

is the shift marketplace ie taking a shift from there the same thing as borrowed partners? many of the shifts that are posted are like stores 30 minutes or less from mine. Are we allowed to pick them up if we aren’t from that store? if so is there something we need to do to work those shifts or do we just show up? i haven’t taken a shift yet just curious
