I wasn’t trying to draw Zeus and Leda, but their story may have influenced me subconsciously, which might explain why my creature ended up with a swan’s head. Looking at the two of them, I can’t even decide who is seducing whom. What do you think? 🦢👑

Even though this is a digital artwork, I wanted it to look more traditional, which is why I chose a monochromatic color palette. But if you look closely, you’ll notice that I added a touch of color to the shadowy wings fading into the darkness. I wanted to give the impression that there’s something unsettling about the creature. I wanted their encounter to feel passionate and almost fated, while at the same time, somehow wrong.

I don't usually draw animals. 🦌 But that's also what made Inktober so fun: it gave me a reason to create things I might never have tried otherwise.

I'll admit, I struggled quite a bit with this one. 😅 But in the end, I really grew to love the result.

And the antlers were the perfect excuse to draw some intricate ornaments again. 😊

I tried Inktober for the first time last year, and I knew it wasn't really about creating fully rendered artworks. But somehow, that's exactly what happened with this one.

English isn't my native language, so I struggled a little to figure out exactly what “murky” meant. Then I thought of a drawing I already wanted to make for a writer friend of mine. I thought maybe I could use this prompt as an opportunity to make it, so why not combine the two? 🕯️⚰️

Of course, it took me several days to finish. And since I'd already started Inktober late, it's probably not surprising that I only managed to make one more drawing after this one. 😅

I started this drawing around 2017, but I got stuck on it pretty quickly. I wanted it to have the feel of a classical painting, but I was still new to digital art and couldn't achieve the look I had in mind.

When I came back to it in 2019, it still wasn't exactly what I'd imagined, but I ended up loving the result.

I created this piece in 2019.

I started creating digital art at the end of 2015.

I actually began this piece back when digital drawing was still very new to me. I wanted it to have the feel of an old painting, but I quickly got stuck because I couldn't figure out how to achieve the look I had in mind. Back then, I usually deleted anything I didn't finish right away. For some reason, though, I just couldn't bring myself to delete this one.

A few years later, in 2019, I opened it up again and finally finished it. Did it turn out exactly the way I had originally imagined? Not quite. Even so, I was really happy with the final result, and it's still one of those pieces I genuinely enjoy looking back on. 😊

A week ago, I shared my Hualian fanart with you, and now it's Shen Qingqiu and Luo Binghe's turn. ✨

I drew this piece in 2019 after reading all of MXTX's novels. I originally discovered her through the MDZS donghua, but I had heard so many good things about her work that I decided to read all of her novels before watching it.

So I started with SVSSS, and it was such a fun experience. Later, I even wrote book recommendations for both SVSSS and TGCF for a free Hungarian online anime magazine. I created these illustrations for those articles. The only reason I never wrote one for MDZS is that several other people had already done it before me. 😄

This old drawing definitely has its flaws, but I hope you still like it. 😊

I know it has a lot of flaws, though. Back then I was still learning how to render, and I often relied on textures to cover up my weaknesses. 😅
