4 Car Collision, last to get hit.

As the title mentions I was involved in the four car accident. I was the last car to get hit.

We know the main car that caused the accident, but should I go through my insurance (full coverage 100/300 & 1k Dedu), their insurance, or lawyer up just because I broke my toe and ankle due to the impact. Should I split collision and injury between insurance and the lawyer?

Any recommendations on how to proceed? I seen others sue the other parties, not sure if this is the way but I wanna go for the best payout for work lost.

PPF Insurance Question 🚗

So my vehicle was backed up into, full bumper was PPF and ceramic coated plus the rest of the car. As of now, the wrap used in the front bumper is discontinued and the at-faults insurance (Allstate So-Cal) is not wanting to change the whole car out pre-loss look, even though they took 100% fault. I filed a third-party claim since this seemed straightforward to save my $1K deductible.

Big picture, the “fix” is basically leaving the car with the front mismatching the rest of the car (small sample shown to me). Has anyone had a similar issue? Recommendations to handle claim? Open it with my insurance even though it’s been now a month?

Insurance Question…

Is this true, can Allstate (CA) put a cap on total labor or oem part cost? I have an appointment tomorrow and I might move to a third-party shop based on what they are saying. For reference: car backed up into my car and triggered the airbag alert and cracked front bumper. Allstate moved forward with 100% liability. Tyia!!

Repair Recommendations - PPF

Hi all, I got backup into in a drive thru line. They crushed the front bumper and shifted the ppf. Now the airbag sensor light turned on.

Long story short should I take to my closest Tesla Collision Center for repairs (especially with airbag alert), then take to my wrap shop afterwards or find a Tesla certified shop that does both? Would Tesla handle taking the 3rd party ppf off, would they change out the whole bumper? Any recommendations are appreciated!
