The update said they were all shipped but mine has yet to receive an update, a little confused by this. Anyone else in the same boat?

My wife has a 799 fico 2 score, about 2.5 average age of accounts with 1 closed credit builder account and 1 credit card. I thought this was a little strange and wanted to double check that her having a thin file likely won’t matter on a mortgage since her mortgage ficos are still high, or would the thin file still affect a loan with a high score?

Otaku testing updated and now it gets stuck scraping and never finishes, being unable to back out of it. I’ve cleared caches and rebuilt data bases, still does the same thing. I don’t use rd or anything with it, any ideas? I don’t wanna have reset up the entire thing

Has anyone seen anywhere I can buy a vertical stand for this?
