La lune est associée à la nuit alors qu'elle est tout aussi souvent présente le jour dans le ciel

I have dreamed of having super long hair since childhood and a few years ago I started my long hair journey seriously. I wear braids everyday (for minimal breakage and also because I like the style of them), I don't bleach or use heat on my hair ever, I do hair masks and hair oiling, I trim it regularly, etc ... But it has not grown past my waist in the past year. It is stuck at 70cm/27in and I fear this is the maximum length. I have virtually no split ends and my hair looks very healthy.
Is there a way to go past my natural max length ? If not, how do I grieve my childhood dream of having super long hair ?
