Going to the live show tonight, how do people submit catchphrases for it? Is there a box by the door you put them in or something?

So I’ve been subscribed to CBB world for a year or so, but just a few months ago I can no longer get ad free Comedy Bing Bong to show up in my Apple Podcasts feed. All the other shows do it though. Any thoughts on how to remedy this?
