Selling my Sapphire Pulse RX 9060 XT 16GB OC.

I originally bought it for ₹52,000, but between placing the order and receiving it, I got a better deal on a complete PC that already includes an RX 9070 XT 16GB, so I no longer need this GPU.

I'm trying to apply for a Scapia credit card, but the app only shows the Federal Bank option and never Bank of Baroda. Every application gets rejected. I don't hold any existing Federal Bank or Bank of Baroda credit cards. My monthly salary is ₹2.25 lakh and my CIBIL score is 777. Has anyone faced a similar issue or knows why the BoB option isn't available?
