It is not a big deal for a lot of you but a person my size [BMI: 33.8] it is quite a big deal. I don't remember if I have jogged since the pandemic.
It took me 22min to complete 2km jog, it was combination of jogging and walking. I was surprised by the progress I have shown in the last couple of months.
I used to walk 5kms in Indira Park 3-4 times a week in Feb/March then joined a gym and working out 3-4 times a week since the start of this month. Since last Sunday, I started walking 2km at night in the nearby ground at night before dinner and today I have tried jogging for a few minutes but it carried on until the end of the 2km.
May-2026 Target is to continue Gym and these night walks and eat clean [500 calorie deficit].
