Hello, does anyone know of a 1-2 bedroom apartment accepting NYCHA section 8 or a broker who works with voucher holders? I moved here from out of state after selling a cooperative unit I had and resided in for 25 years due to my daughter attending college in Manhattan but now I keep getting denied by brokers due to the voucher. I have a rental reference of 25 years that can be verified from a HUD property. We are very clean and quiet, looking to move ASAP. I am currently living on Long Island in a unit with mold so I was allowed to look in the city but did not realize how difficult it would be. TIA!

Does anyone know what type of attorney I would need that handles a case where I was rented a condo with a section 8 voucher and this unit had two inspections, one from the building department for a rental permit and one from section 8. Both inspectors passed it without one window that opened and the whole condo has mold.
