Couple of things i think should go with it

- accurate labels on regulated products just like ibuprofen

- warnings about actual risk, with zero moral judgment

- educating guides about dosing for weight, and what effect you want

- same age limit as alcohol

- all crimes associated with alcohol are still illegal for other drugs, public intoxication, providing drugs to minors, driving under the influence, nothing changes except people can sell drugs they make, and stores can sell drugs like they sell alcohol, and adults can consume what they want in private

- also i think the world would be better off if we took all the funding for the dea (since they wont have jobs anymore) and put it into ending human trafficking, and rehab centers for addicts
