sigh, I am trying so desperately to understand what this means. My package was “out for delivery” for the correct zip code and then in a matter of hours the status was changed to “forwarded.” What does this mean? To my knowledge, this means that either the address or zip code on the package was incorrect. However, when I checked through the app I purchased from, all of the information was correct.

I subsequently called customer service and she told me it was “forwarded” and when I asked her what does it mean she reiterated that it was sent to the wrong place… I am just confused and would like some clarification on this because I’ve heard some horror stories and I tend to worry.
