Do prediction market leaderboards actually tell you who the best traders are?

I've been checking out different prediction market platforms lately, and honestly most leaderboards feel kind of misleading. Usually it's just big profit numbers, but that doesn't really show whether someone is consistently good or just got lucky on one huge trade.

I find stuff like win rate, consistency, trading patterns, and activity over time way more interesting than raw PnL alone.

Curious what people here actually pay attention to when looking at trader leaderboards.

Does a subagent orchestrator need to be the SMARTEST or the most STABLE and COST- EFFICIENT one?

Gemini CLI moving toward skills-based composition, and I feel that people may be overcomplicating the orchestrator layer.

A lot of the time, what it actually needs to do is quite basic: remember the current full workflow state, decide which skill to call first, fold failed results back into the state, avoid bundling too many things together at once, and escalate upward when necessary. Of course there will be hard cases, but most day-to-day actions are not about whoever is smartest wins. They are about who can more reliably maintain routing and state.

I’m now less inclined to keep the heaviest model sitting on the orchestrator all the time. I’d rather look for a fast-thinking / non-thinking candidate that can handle long state, keep costs reasonably low, and work well with explicit rules and a one-thing-at-a-time discipline.

This is also why I’d look at models like Ling 2.6 1T: its public already emphasize long context, efficiency, and agent workloads, rather than expanding every step into a long reasoning trace. For the orchestrator layer, that kind of profile may actually be a better fit.

Has anyone already split things this way? In other words, using a low-overhead model as the always-on layer for orchestration / routing / state tracking, and only escalating out when there is a real skill conflict or hard decision. What was the first problem you ran into: state drift, routing mistakes, or the orchestrator being too shallow?

How do you buy btc if your country isn't supported?

its so annoying trying to get into crypto when you live in a country that none of the big exchanges support. tried making an account today and my region isn't even on the list lol wtf.

someone on discord told me to check out smmtopvcc to get a verified account that works globally so i can finally buy some btc. checked the site out and they have them but im a bit hesitant. does that actually work for getting around regional locks or is it a bad idea?

really want to get started but feel completely stuck right now. any advice is appreciated!!
