shaker excerises: seems impossible to lift my neck without also lifting my shoulders
i've always had a weak neck, but assumed i'd at least be able to lift my head off the floor without moving my shoulders... my head will literally not budge 1 inch without shoulder action to help.
it feels too heavy for my neck to do alone. i strained and tried, but it feels impossible to lift my head by my neck alone.
is there any exercise i can do to build my strength in that area in order to work up to the shaker exercise?
i just did the botox a week ago and never tried it before. i have extremely forward-head posture and kind of a "buffalo hump" in the neck area if you want to google that for a visual.
if the botox failed/didn't last for you: do you have bad posture?
neck/back/shoulder/tongue posture. whatever is going on; i'd like to see if there's a connection at all.
flying to chicago today, Monday is botox day
I got nothing to say except i have SO much air in me from drinking a diet coke and I can't wait for this to finally be over.
I'm the most worried about:
botox not working 1st try and having to go again (this is all really expensive for me $$$)
choking during slow swallow, and how long slow swallow lasts in general
hopefully it will all be ok. will update after botox.
[Diamond/Master Zarya] desperately need a sanity check on my performance. if i was that bad please just explain why

as soon as we won, the shion said "zarya you fucking SUCK," their tank diffed me and i fed my brains out. it doesn't usually get to me, but super demoralizing here because i felt good about my game.
i admit, my gravs aren't the best and would like to work on that. sometimes it DOES feel like i'm doing air, but i'm trying so hard to be more aware & at times genuinely don't understand what i should be doing to get more out of zarya. please help me improve.
- 1st round attack is OK, maybe i could have been more aggressive? but 0 deaths and we full capped. maybe i need a reality check, even if i think i was doing well.
- 2nd round defense, i recognize i did worse and i can rethink some of my choices here with your help. a few of my deaths just felt like getting rolled by ult dumps. i also felt outranged at times.
- 14:25 in the replay (12:30 in the video) my ana/shion scream to contest cap but i say "no, i would just feed." they kept arguing "yes you can with nano and shion ult," but IMO it would have been a waste (especially after brig stagger + down a bubble + 5 people looking at me). in fact, i don't even think i should have peeked as much as i did to pre-contest. please give me your honest opinion; i will accept if i was wrong.
i know stats don't say much but i thought i held my own this game. at least i wasn't carried by shion like they want me to believe. https://imgur.com/a/wXmSqtL
is this a red-tailed hawk i found waiting out the rain in my backyard? [MS, June]
[Meta] could we cut down on the number of "just got my Legion Go!" image posts that flood the sub daily?
We have a megathread for showing off your Legion Go, but the majority of posts in this sub are just creating new threads. I can't be the only one who doesn't want to scroll past 50 of the same picture/type of post to see posts of actual substance, right? It's the most prevalent type of post, but there isn't even a specific flair to be able to filter it out (people are using the "Other" flair).
Edit: this person even posted using the "News" flair. This is easily solved by just having a dedicated flair (this way, the people who want to keep seeing the posts are happy too).
