Is QR Code for Bulk Label Possible

Relatively new seller here. Just had my first instance where the same buyer made 4 offers on different listings, which I accepted all 4. All 4 had their payments processed instantly. I have only ever used the QR code method through the app for shipping as I do not have a printer, plus the QR process is super easy. But, I don't see any options to combine these shipments on the app, but did locate the bulk label page on the website. I can combine them, which saves quite a bit of money, but it seems to not mention anything about QR codes and just asks what kind of paper size I want to print. I don't want to print anything if it can be helped.

If I use the bulk label process, will I get a QR code? If not, would it be possible to get a QR code for a single one of the items in the app, then package them all in the same box and ship with that code and afterwards use that tracking number for the remaining 3 items?

Just trying not to screw it up. Thanks!

Positive 1st Experience with Customer Support

Hey all, I'm a new seller with about 80 total sales so far. I had my first issue pop up this week and was pleasantly surprised at how smoothly it went.

A buyer purchased a brand new, still sealed video game on 4/20 which was delivered on 4/24. This last weekend I got an e-mail stating they wanted to return the game with the reason of "changed my mind." Not a big deal, I offer 30 day returns with buyers paying for return shipping. The return was automatically accepted without my input, I assume since I have the 30 day acceptance chosen. So all good I figured.

I received the return yesterday. It was opened. It was clean, in good condition, but now a used game instead of a new game. I immediately opened a case for the item being returned in a different condition, including photos of the open game, and waited.

Today I got an email from customer service telling me that I was covered under ebay's seller protection. He states he can see I 'had done my duty as a seller perfectly in this transaction.' The case is now resolved with ebay saying they refunded the buyer and are also releasing my funds to me as well with no seller performance impact.

Before starting to sell on the platform I have read many, many threads on this and other forums. Of course that means I read many horror stories and many people bashing ebay and their customer support for sellers. So honestly, I really thought they were going to refund the buyer out of my funds.

It seems like this is how these types of issues should go, but I wonder is it the 30 day return policy enabled that saved me here? If the buyer had chose an INAD type of return reason, would I have been screwed? Does the buyer get any kind of marks against their account for this situation?

I assume if I keep selling for long enough eventually I'll have a negative experience with ebay and its support. But for now I just thought I'd share a good experience and welcome any input or advice.
