So we are planning on installing a small Solar setup and are unsure who to hire for the job so if you guys know a guy whose work is genuine then please share his address.

We are going to install 8 panels. The inverter part is still not decided. Its in the process of mashwara
Location: Peshawar.
Current setup:
Two acid batteries.
Phoenix 145Ah battery
AGS 100Ah battery
No panels
We charge the batteries from wapda when it's available via chargers ( pic attached) and run DC fans ( pic attached) when wapda isn't available.
Goal:
During the day I want to run:
1.5 ton inverter AC which I'll buy so recommendations are welcome.
Inverter Fridge
3 ceiling AC fans
1 AC Cooler
Occasional ironing
I am thinking of installing 8 solar panels.
One important point: I am NOT planning to connect my existing batteries to the solar inverter nor am I in a position to add big batteries now due to budget.
I want to keep them as a separate system and simply plug their battery chargers into the inverter output, just like any other appliance. So the batteries would charge from the AC produced by the solar inverter instead of wapda.
I am considering two options:
Buy a cheap 9kW day inverter (such as Fronus PV 9000) and upgrade to a hybrid inverter a year or two later.
Spend more and buy a hybrid inverter right now.
Questions:
Does my approach of charging the separate batteries through their existing chargers make sense?
Which inverter would you recommend?
Are 8 panels enough for this load?
