Im lost,I Been texting STD Hotline with no replies.

I recently took an STI test after feeling discomfort with swollen tonsils.

Results shows Abnormal for HSV1 and HIV.

I suspect I contracted it about 2 months ago,i’m afraid I’ve contagied someone I really like a month or so.

How do I go about seeking a local STI specialist in order to know my viral load and ART treatment.

I’m currently unemployed with no health insurance.
