Blackout front and back on this guy. Went with some lime pop, turquoise, and bluebird from Dharma on this one with the 24 point mandala. Really happy with the results!

This shirt kicks so much ass. i’m about to wear this everyday until it tears apart at the seams. Couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. it’s a great feeling when you start to visualize what you want and it turns out exactly how you were thinking.

Switched this wig wag up a bit. i normally mark out my zigzag for dyeing every 2 inches. This one i switched it up to 1 inch to see the results. next time i will probably switch it up again and do a hybrid of both where the center is marked at 1 inch for that to be tighter, then increase as I go away from it. that might give me the look i’m after.

Made this shirt to donate as a raffle prize for the local school in my town. This is the school colors and a screen printing shop is going to put the school logo on it for me. Hope it goes to a good home and raises some money for the program! Really gives off some strong ocean vibes.

Did a few monochrome black and gray mandalas. Ironing out a few kinks in my process, so i figured just to do a few back to back to see what small changes do to the results. These turned out super cool. Black and gray monochrome is such a sick look. Going to keep at least one of these!

Made a few more red mandalas that people asked for. Trouble was, I ran out of red dye! I decided to think on my feet and mix one from scratch. I used 1 part fuchsia and 3 parts lemon yellow and got what looked to be pretty close to something like oxblood red in the bottle. Turned out a bit orange, but I like them! would have pumped up more of the fuchsia if i had to do it again. Now to make an order from Dharma

I’ve had this blue abyss dye for a bit and wanted to give it a go finally. This is all dharma blue abyss in different dilutions. As for the tie, i really wanted to go all out and tie everything. felt like im comfortable enough now, so i went and made the goofiest looking thing ive done. Turned out great! Great color dye, too. Probably will get more than the 2 oz test next time. would recommend!

I usually try to stay away from reds. The color just never turns out as “red” as I would like, so I decided to just go with two here that veer towards different directions and try to learn something. Oxblood red, for me, tends to lean toward orange. Fuchsia red leans pink(i mean, it’s clearly actually pink).My theory was that both need a bit of each other to mix to be more pure. To expand further, i used it with a neutral darker gray of thundercloud to see if that even pushed it further into the right direction. And here we come to this shirt. I see lots of orange, lots of pink, but also a lot of pure vibrant reds. Some combination of these 3 colors is pointing me to what i want. Just have to experiment more mixing dye. Super happy with it overall!

Really channeling mandalas by DyeingLightCreations here. Not a ton of experience with long sleeve shirts, but this one turned out dope. Tied the sleeves separate, but would probably do them together if i do it again. Separate really makes the scrunch difficult to do.

My favorite color combo outside of monochrome black/grays. Lime pop, Bright Green, Navy Blue from Dharma. Dope af!

Not super happy with this one for a few reasons. Didn’t plan out the design as much as i should have and wish i did some things a lot different. Still pretty cool result though, i just see mistakes more prominently compared to successes.

Some may say, Kyle, you keep making the same stuff! Well practice is making perfect. Every shirt comes out better than the last. refining and perfecting. that’s tie dye for me

This one was on a 3XL, man those bigger shirts are a struggle. Definitely out of my comfort zone, but turned out great!

Really happy with this one! I usually get the yellow and blue to bleed a lot and make green, but being careful led to a great result.

Got a new dye color to play around with. Dharma’s fuchsia red. Tied up this mandala scrunch combo to try it out. I really like it! it’s really more of a pink, but who doesn’t love a vibrant pink to pair with a bright blue and purple?

I started getting in to tie dye a year ago. My first shirt try was a walmart kit, and a wig wag. since it’s almost the anniversary of that first shirt, I wanted to make the same shirt, same colors to see the difference! let’s just say it is stark!

Latest work! had leftover greens so i tied another one up. The color really pops with the gray/black scrunches!

One green and one purple finished up today! I love that lime pop dye. super bright and makes me happy! pairs well with the navy blue and bright green.

had to rinse my palette of mandalas and made a long sleeve gradient geode for my lady. futher cementing that silver lining is my favorite dye color! prove me wrong. love gray without ice dye splits
