I posted before and after pics earlier this week and some folks asked about how my weight was tracked since beginning reta in mid April. I pulled the data from my smart scale this morning. It hasn't been perfect, I travel a lot for work and end up out late with customers, usually embibing on the local brews. I do my best to limit myself and to watch what/when I eat.

I hope this inspires folks who may be hitting walls or plateaus. I started at 0.5mg and am at 2mg now.

I just published a book on SAR analysis

Figured I'd branch out to reddit to promote a book I recently published on SAR analysis. My background is in imagery analysis for the US Government for approx 20 yrs and for the last 3+ years I have worked for commercial SAR provider, Umbra. If anybody is interested in the analysis side of SAR and not the heavy math and physics, this is a good read.

279 to 257

Started taking reta in April, started in the gym in mid May. Weight’s coming off nicely. I’ve also been running a bit to include a couple of 5k races as I prep for my first half marathon in November.

I’m currently at 2mg/wk (started at 0.5mg) and will start klow and tesa once they clear customs.

Food noise is gone, I find myself not finishing most meals. Have not given up the booze, but might not drink as often as I once had.

Have gone from 2xl shirts fitting pretty snug to xl fitting ok.

Four weeks in down over 15lb

Started at 5’11” 279.. down to 264ish now. Not melting off but I’m not mad given I’ve been on the road traveling for work the last 3 weeks.
