What do you think of for baby girl born this year?

AITA for writing a letting to my neighbor to please take down trash bags. He has trash bags hung up in each window of the house. We live in a townhome neighborhood that’s very “mid century modern” ish and has huge windows that are the focus of the home. He has put up trash bags assuming to block some of the sunlight that causes heat. It looks so bad and recently a neighbors home had trouble selling when previous homes in the neighborhood have been under contract in days.
