Hi everyone! I have a 2BHK in Safdarjung Enclave with an unoccupied semifurnished bedroom with attached washroom. I'm looking for a clean and responsible female flatmate who's mindful of privacy and personal space, to share the house with.

What you'll get:

•Peaceful and safe gated society

• Non interfering owner

• Fresh painted house

•Own bedroom

• Attached washroom with new fittings

• Geyser

• Big Wardrobe

• Modular Kitchen

• RO

• Washing Machine

• A clean, responsible and quiet flatmate.

Cons:

There is currently no AC and bed in the room so you'll have to buy/ rent these (doing the same for my room, costing me about 2.5k per month)

Total Cost per month:

Rent- 15k

Rent for common appliances (RO, Washing Machine, Fridge)- 2k

Water- 250

Garbage collecter- 100

Maintainance- 500

Electricity - Divided in 2 according to government meter

I'm currently in the process of shifting so haven't yet set up the kitchen or gotten a maid. Can divide up the cost for these or charge you a minimal one time kitchen set up fee.

Hi. This was my internship attempt (completed in April) and I haven't yet received my degree from my university. As it is a mandatory document for verification, what is the procedure regarding this?

Hi. I was provisionally registered under Delhi Medical Council during my internship which expired a month back. I completed in person document verification for Permanent Registration under DMC 2 weeks back but so far I've not received my registration certificate. I know those who applied 10 days prior to me haven't received it either but towards beginning of May, people had received it within 4-5 days. So kind of freaking out.

As it's a mandatory document for admission in INIs, what should be my next course of action? Has anybody faced this problem before?
