Coffee creamer & keto bread

Does sugar free coffee creamer or keto bread knock one out of ketosis?
ChatGPT keeps saying that it’s not my creamer. It is the clover sugar-free creamer from Dollar General. But they keep saying that it’s probably the tortilla shells or the keto bread. I need to hear opinions. Because I’m very strict keto except for these two things. And both have very low carbs. So I’m not understanding because it’s literally been one tortilla, or one piece of bread in the last three days and something has knocked me out of ketosis.

For context: 57 yo woman. Post menopausal, fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, inflammation, and lupus. I was on TIRZ for two years, it maintained my weight that I was at, and helped with inflammation. But I stopped taking it six months ago and started on Reta. Again 20 pounds. And I’m at 255 now.

No. It doesn’t affect me like other people. I’m not hungry all the time. But I can also feel hunger. And I’m able to eat. I’m just not raving starving. And I don’t over eat. And I always eat within normal ranges. But it doesn’t cause me to be crazy crazy not able to eat. As a matter of fact, I can hardly tell him I’m taking anything except that about day four after my shot I get a stomach cramp in my stomach. Not in my gut down low. It’s up high. And I’m not losing weight. And I’m currently on 8 mg
Breakfast; 1/4 cup walnuts, 1 cup cottage cheese and yogurt.
Lunch: cottage cheese and two yogurt.
Dinner is usually high protein meals with a veggie. 3 protein drinks during the day.
I just can’t figure out why I’m not loosing ..
