Is it really safe to buy from Amazon where the price is about 20€ cheaper than on Thomann?

Why is this green thingy so delayed?
Yesterday I started using Reaper after 2 years of FL Studio, and at first everything was fine, but after rendering out this unfinished track I noticed that this green thingy (how is it called?) is really delayed. I hope you can see it in the video I provided.
