Got caught on a regional division nightmare

I applied for a Royal Credit line for students with my dad as the co signor, got approved for $35k but my home branch is in AB and I live in AB so my client card is 4519 01, but my dad lives and banks in Toronto and his client card is a 02. I can't see the loc from my OLB or mobile app but my dad can see it from his because they have opened it in the central server🤦‍♂️.

they said they are unable to move it to western because my dad is the co borrower and I wouldn't qualify for the loc on my own. I was like okay which is fine, then how do I access it??

They say either make my dad's chequing account a joint one with me and access it from there or get me an additional chequing account with a 02 client card in the central server. or have my dad access it and etransfer or use the send to an RBC client function to send me money 🤦‍♂️.

WTAF RBC!?!?

Sask is willing due to its remote rural nature, and territories are also willing due to the extreme cold weather. Manitoba is because of the weaker economy compared to the rest of Canada
