I currently own several properties and get them via sourcers (BRRR strategy). The sourcers find me below market properties. They then also give me a schedule of works to bring the property to modern standards, and the project manage the work in a 4-8 weeks period.

Only interested in houses, ideally semi, end-of-terrace, or detached. It will have to be a very good property for it to be terraced. Not interested in housing estates - looking for ones that will get quality tennants.

Looking to expand my network as I am not getting properties fast enough through my existing contacts. DM me if are a sourcer and can find properties in the £100k-£120k range all in (i.e. ready for tenant to move in). The other important criteria for me is that it must be a populated town/city so that its easier to rent out. Stoke-on-trent, Nottingham size and above.

In simple words, can someone explain what you think is wrong with the Google Health app? I have been a very long term Fitbit user and I am loving the new app and the AI. I previously had the Fitbit Charge 6.

All I hear people saying are generic things like 'the app is awful now', 'Google killed the app'. To me, honestly, that sounds like competitiors just making a lot of noise because there aren't any specifics in most posts that are complaining.

I went to an expensive Garmin watch and their eco system for a little while - absolutely hated it and it was so inaccurate. No way was I going to go to whoop with their forced subscriptions.

With the Fitbit Air and the new Health app we do really have the best of all worlds - most of the graphs, data people are looking for are in the 'Health' page. And all the collected data is VERY accurate. Sleep capture is absolutely perfect to the minute!!

Even if the app is not perfect (I am perfectly happy with it), I am happy to have early access to the app and the Fitbit Air. Its only a matter of weeks by the time the app will have bugs fixed, and any necessary UX/UI improvement very soon after that (again, I don't know what improvements are needed - I am perfectly happy with it)

I have a charge 6 (not working, maybe the charging cable is broken) and now got the Air

I have always worn my fitness tracker (for last 10 years) on my ankle.

So if the new Air has the same sensor then there's no incentive for anyone to move from Charge 5 or 6 to Air. And new people could choose between those two or Air, and Air is not the obvious decision. Which really dilutes the shine off the Air

Hi All,

Selling my Sens.ai as I think someone else will be able to make better use of it than I have been able to. Its in great condition and avail in UK. Happy to ship it out to you at whatever the postage cost for your preferred method it. I can accept Paypal and even would be open to Bitcoins or other mutually suitable payment method.

Its a great device that I bought after weeks of research. I did use it and it had benefits of focus and feelings of mental well being, but due to change in circumstances for last few months I have barely been able to use it, and I sort of met the goals I wanted to meet in that time that I bought the device for.

Its being listed in several places, and so first come first serve.
