Given the recent developments of Rogers customer support, no chat for r/Fido , hours of wait to reach a real person, removal of hotspot from Fido plan making it an addon, etc etc, let's have a consumer class action (not legal action). CRTC seems no power to help either...... We need to gather our power.
Boycott them by cancelling and porting out all services from Rogers brands. Show them what we have - Consumer Power. They'll eventually be pressured by shareholders and TSX.
