So, in the northern delaware area, my friend is trying to find someone to give her private lessons. She's on the short side and uses the 1 hand technique but it seems most of the shops are too busy for lessons. Would reaching out on facebook marketplace for random coaches be appropriate or does reddit have something like that covered?
Asking $1,250 for the lot, the average sold price for individual items i found put the value of just the ones listed at over 1400, but that did not include any of the out of print or numbered sets, so i figured this is a fair price if you wanna buy your missing piece and then make a buck on the leftover. https://imgur.com/a/Ac6GBVh is the full gallery; no sets have been built, cut, or glued and are all unopened in their original packaging. So, i've got a KDM 1.0 core box. cards are still in shrink, tokens unpunched, MOST sprues are unbuilt - from what i can tell - there is a White Lion and 4 Prologue survivors were built. The remaining sprues are intact and un-assembled. The unbuilt core box models still on sprue include:

For the above boxes, each model's book and un-punched tokens are in the box with the model, but the cards (in their original shrink) are in the core box. The core box has a tear in one corner and is missing dice, but is otherwise complete. Asking 1k plus shipping for the lot. Will upload pictures upon request.
Rivendell is still 'favorite' but that Minas Tirith build....was satisfying. I do wish that there would have been a bit more minifig playability in the front, but it works.

I had the titanic and the LMB set (1.0) after a couple years caused yellowing and i'm a bit worried about Minas Tirith. Will it be a problem if im not in any direct or indirect natural lighting and all lights are LED?
