It has been modden and the region has been changed to us, any concerns before i buy?

First time building a deck from scratch without looking at other decks for pieces or inspiration… im sure theres many things i can change, it may not even be good in general, ive been interested in a slowbro tank deck since i saw this card revealed. Im open to any suugestions!

I know its not a big sample size but i took slowking to 1700 elo, than ran into an absolute wall dropping to sub 1400. Decided to go back old faithful and tweak it a little, i have had so many late wins, wins against pults, ninja, starmie, slowking, mirror matches and my best game so far as a tcg player was beating a rockets mewtwo deck with it… Anyways heres my 90% win rate 1600 elo zam list

Very explosive list, currently on a 15-2 run and the 2 losses i had game and misplayed

I love slowking, i cant tell you how many turn 2-3 concedes ive gotten with this deck, shame that its getting rotated when it feels like its finally got a good supporting cast

Everything looks good to me, text is crisp nothing looks off but it does let a lot of light through but so do all my modern back japanese cards, i got burnt on this card once already (easily spotted upon delivery and got a refund) so i want to make sure this ones legit
