Can I complete this Cathedral glass style blanket by December?

Can I complete this Cathedral glass style blanket by December?

Hi all! I found this pattern and it's absolutely gorgeous. I'd love to make it for my mom for her birthday in early December, do you think it's feasible? I've been crocheting for about 2 years and am pretty quick and consistent with tension and everything but I haven't made a blanket before. My mom had a rough year (cancer, surgery, etc) and I think she would really appreciate something beautiful and handmade like this for her bday.

Pattern linked in case it has details that would help!

Thanks :)

Do you feel a general sense of not feverish/unwell, but no fever?

I have fibro and myofascial pain syndrome and I have days at a time where I just don't feel good. My face feels hot and sometimes my temp will be 99.something° (F) but never really a fever. Does anyone know why this might be? I'm so exhausted and just sick of feeling sick.

Thanks in advance 🫶

Edit: I'm feeling so grateful & validated by your comments, thank you guys so much for sharing your experiences 💖 adding "fibro flu" to my vocabulary!

The joys of working with faux fur yarn 🫩

Before you ask, I restarted this project about 20 separate times without marking every single stitch before I committed to this yarn tambourine 😂

Anyone else understand this struggle?

Help please! How to keep track of/find stitches in faux fur yarn?

Hey everyone! I'm making a cute cow bag that calls for faux fur yarn and I finished the head of the cow, but the body (the bag part) is getting me stuck. I keep ending up with the wrong stitch count for the rows because I can't figure out where the heck the stitches are.

Any advice for how I can keep track of the stitches and know where to place the next row of stitches with this yarn? This post is my hail mary before I resort to putting a piece of colored yarn on every single stitch as I go 😫

(Note: the bag pic is from the pattern, not my original work! Included the yarn I got from Amazon and the circle of yarn I've made right times over trying to figure this out lol)

Crocheted every day this week! Here's what I made :)

In an attempt to help ease some of my anxiety, I accepted my fiance's challenge to crochet every day (using free patterns) and made these cuties this week!

My college graduation cap today!

I bought the "Clever Girl" topper base on Amazon, bedazzled the letters, glued on the flowers and leaves, and added the "Life finds a way" in black letter stickers.

I completed my bachelor of science today!🎓🎉
