As the title really, I have been using my Aqua 10 roller with the latest firmware daily since December with no problem. UK based. In the last 48 hours it has been throwing up the above error. I've cleaning the hinge, changed to a fresh mop. Used silicone spray to lubricate. All nothing. I can figure out how to completely remove the cover, so can't really get to the mechanism, if that's even a thing. Any other ideas. Don't want to raise a warranty claim, customer service is not Dreame's strong suit.
