I have to take am And pm medicine and I’ve been waking up at 7:00AM to take my morning meds and sometimes I’m so tired. If anyone else takes medicine like this how do you take your morning medication? Please help. Sometimes I have been taking part in a guilty pleasure in just going back to sleep but I take seizure medication since I have a bullet in my head I really don’t want to have one.

How do you guys do anything during the day? I sleep at night but when I wake up during the day I still feel extremely tired I sleep about half the day then I might play video games and watch tv for a few hours then I go back to sleep I feel as if I’m wasting all my time sleeping and I was wondering how everyone else is dealing with it I feel that I can’t stay awake I’ve been using Nero mints for when I have a doctors appointment just to stay awake
