I have a wierd network problem. When I open apps normally, some network features in them simply don't work (lutris doesn't update packages, shortwave doesn't look for radio stations), but when I open them through the terminal, they magically work.
Could it be a flatpak issue, like apps don't receive proper dns settings or something? But i had this problem with .deb apps as well.
