our HR specialist handed me a regularization contract. Just a background my basic salary on my probi period was 23k with 3k allowance. I was okay with it as a probi.
Now, they increased it to 26k basic salary with 4k allowance. Total of 30k. To add, pabahay rin kami ng company. Need lang to pay for the electricity.
I felt like it wasn't enough given the workload. I'm also in Sales and wala rin commission. So for me, if wala kami commission, at least itaas or sundin nyo yung gusto namin na salary given na I was hitting our individual KPI.
Is there a law na 30% dapat yung minimum increase for an employee? Para maitaas ko yung offer nila to atleast 32,500.
I was also pissed na gusto nila agad na pumirma kami. Sabi nila for regularization lang naman daw and hindi promotion so okay na daw yung increase na yun.
So to experienced employees out there, okay na po ba yung 5k increase lang? If no, paano po ako makikipag nego? Any recos?

Hi! Since the LAE Season is over, baka po meron na nagbebenta ng reviewers nila. Also, which is a better reviewer? (yung mas direct & straight to the point)

Gotta buy them early kasi baka maubusan and as someone na di sobrang talino, baka mas need ko ng mas mahabang review period hehe
