Compression Undershirts Help Posture?

Apologies if this isn't the right subreddit for this, but I had a couple of questions on compression undershirts and thought someone here might be able to provide some answers. I've lost about 200lbs (still have about 100 more to go) and I've been trying to step up my fashion game a little. As a result I've been bombarded with social media ads for compression undershirts, and it's gotten me curious. I've read some comments from folks saying they helped with their posture. I've been actively trying to remind myself to stand more upright, but if these shaper wear type shirts help with that I was thinking they might be a good investment.

What I wanted to know is if they help to correct posture long term, or only when you're wearing them. Is there a brand you would recommend? Also, if any of you have any tips or tricks to share on how you corrected your posture after weight-loss I would love to hear it.

Advice... from joggers to jeans

Hey all! I've always been a big guy (500lbs at my biggest and now down to 313lbs), and as a result I've always worn sweatpants and joggers. With my recent weight-loss I have been wanting to switch things up and add some jeans to my wardrobe. I wear my sweats/joggers at the bellybutton. I have an apron roll below my belly button so I've always felt most comfortable with joggers, and I have big thighs and calves so the stretch of those pants are good for that too.

Anyways, I was looking into stretchy type jeans like The Perfect Jean. Anyone with a similar body build have any experience with those jeans? Are they high-rise enough to wear at the bellybutton? They say on their site to size down... if I size at my bellybutton would there be enough room/stretch to fit over my apron roll? Apologies for the long post and thanks in advance for any advice.
